Our physio Tony first started weight training in 2014, his passion for strength and resistance training combined with the benefits of exercise led him to further pursue a personal training qualification while studying his physiotherapy degree. With years of experience in tailoring exercise programs to his patient’s goals, Tony is an adamant believer that keeping active is not only beneficial for your overall health and wellbeing but also for injury prevention, rehabilitation and recovery.
